2. What the labels mean

  • Engineering candidate: code or UI exists for development review. It does not mean production-ready, audited, or publicly available.
  • Disconnected: no verifiable upstream or identity session exists. Simulated data must not replace the real state.
  • Not production-configured: candidate interfaces may exist, but real providers, regions, keys, domains, monitoring, or ownership are unresolved.
  • Production available: a future label requiring real deployment, monitoring, alerting, security, recovery, support, and release approval. Nothing is labeled this way today.

3. Availability and incidents

There is no formal production service period to measure, so incident counts must not be presented as zero and fictional uptime must not be published. Candidate-development failures are not a production incident history.

After launch, the status page should use independent monitoring, publish investigating, identified, monitoring, and resolved states by affected region and surface, and provide impact, remediation, and prevention timelines.

4. Transparency disclosures

There is no confirmed production operator, formal user population, or reportable government-request period. This candidate therefore does not fill the gap with potentially misleading zero-request or zero-disclosure figures.

After production launch, periodic reporting should cover lawful government requests, account restrictions, material security incidents, processor changes, and model data practices, with the reporting period, definitions, legal limits, and withheld scope.
